Which Package for Whom?

General List

Businesses that want to export invoices to Excel and track summary information (amount, date, company), without needing line-level analysis.

Detail List

Most businesses that want line-level detail and analysis: VAT and tax distribution, KPI reports, supplier share, price anomalies, cost center / department breakdown.

Data Center

A Detail List add-on for those who want to see all their invoices cumulatively on one screen. Not sold separately; it is added to a Detail List subscription.

Pricing — Frequently Asked Questions

Do the prices include VAT?
No, the amounts shown exclude VAT; VAT is added on the invoice.
Is there a commitment?
No. The subscription is monthly and you can cancel whenever you like; you keep using it until the end of the remaining period.
Can I switch between packages?
Yes. When moving from a lower package to a higher one, the difference is applied pro rata; when moving down, the new price applies from the next period.
Can Data Center be bought on its own?
No. Data Center is the cumulative data add-on for Detail List and can only be added to a Detail List subscription.
What happens when I cancel?
You can cancel your subscription at any moment; your access continues until the end of the current period.
