How does the free trial work?
Your 15-day free trial begins the moment you register, with every feature unlocked and no usage caps. When it ends, your account pauses automatically: until you subscribe, invoice upload is switched off and your data is kept safe for 30 days.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes — there's no commitment. Cancel your monthly subscription whenever you like, and you keep full access through the end of the period you've already paid for.
Can I switch between plans?
Yes. Upgrades take effect right away and are prorated for the difference; downgrades apply from your next billing period at the new price.
Will I receive an invoice?
Yes. After every payment, an e-invoice (or e-archive invoice) is issued automatically and emailed to you.
Is my credit card information safe?
Payments run entirely on PCI-DSS certified iyzico, and your card details are never stored on our servers.
Which file formats are supported?
We work with digital e-invoice files (PDF and HTML) downloaded from your ERP or accounting software, or from the GİB (Turkish Revenue Administration) portal. Upload them one at a time or in bulk by drag & drop.
Can I upload scanned PDFs?
No — and that's by design. We read the digital text layer directly, so there's no OCR and no guesswork. A scanned paper invoice is just an image with no text to read, so it isn't supported. Use the PDF or HTML files downloaded from your ERP, accounting software, or the GİB portal.
Are my invoices safe?
Yes. Your data is encrypted with AES-256-GCM and travels over TLS 1.2+. Our KVKK- and GDPR-compliant infrastructure keeps every account isolated through Row-Level Security, and your invoice files are held only as long as processing requires.
What happens to my data when the trial ends?
When the trial ends, invoice upload is switched off, but everything you've already created stays in place for 30 days. Subscribe within that window and you pick up exactly where you left off. After 30 days, the data is permanently deleted.
How does folder upload (budget mode) work?
On the Detail List plan, you can upload an entire folder structure and let EFaturaFlow allocate costs automatically. Each folder name is read as a cost center or department and carried straight through into your reports.
Does the dashboard work offline?
Yes. The HTML dashboard is a single self-contained file that needs no internet connection. Download it, open it on any computer, pass it to your team, and keep it for your records.
