Beyond Exporting Invoices to Excel

Exporting to Excel Is Only Half the Job

Exporting an e-invoice to Excel means dropping your invoices into a table; the option exists in a range of tools, including the Turkish Revenue Administration (GİB) portal's own viewer.

But what lands in front of you is a raw table: rows, amounts, dates. A table on its own answers no question — "which supplier did I pay the most?", "how did the VAT break down?", "what changed this month versus last?" The answers are still waiting for you to work the table.

The Gap Between a Raw Table and Analysis

Once the data is in Excel, the work isn't over; more often than not, it's just starting:

Exporting carries data from one place to another. Analysis turns that data into a decision. The distance between the two is usually hours of Excel work.

Past the Export: Analysis, Ready to Go

The way to skip that step is to stop at the export no longer — and turn the invoice straight into analysis.

1 Upload your e-invoices

Upload your PDF or HTML e-invoices. Export and analysis merge into a single step.

2 Let the analysis arrive ready

Supplier distribution, VAT breakdown, period-over-period trend, and line-level detail are computed automatically. No pivot to build.

3 Review, then share

Explore it in an interactive dashboard; download and share it as an offline HTML file or a structured Excel workbook.

Tip: If you still want Excel, it's right there — download the structured Excel output and build your own model on top of it. The difference: because the analysis already arrives done, you're not starting from a blank workbook.
